- Business Scope
ALNAN Auto Export provides vehicle sourcing and export support services for overseas buyers, dealers, importers and individual customers.
Our services may include:

Real-time stock checking
Vehicle photo and video collection
VIN and mileage confirmation
Vehicle condition information collection
Inspection coordination
FOB and CIF quotation support
Export document coordination
Domestic handling in China
Shipping quotation coordination
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we act as a vehicle sourcing and export service provider, not as the original vehicle manufacturer.
- Vehicle Availability
Vehicles displayed on this website are for model reference and general information purposes only.
Actual vehicle availability changes daily and depends on real-time stock from our dealer partners and suppliers. A vehicle shown on our website may no longer be available at the time of inquiry.
Before any payment is made, we will confirm the current availability, mileage, condition, color, price and related vehicle information with the buyer.
- Vehicle Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate vehicle information, including model, year, mileage, condition, photos, videos, VIN details and specifications.
However, vehicle information may come from third-party dealers, suppliers or platforms. Therefore, minor differences may exist between website descriptions and the actual vehicle.
The final confirmed information provided before order confirmation shall prevail.
- Prices and Quotations
All prices shown on this website are reference prices only.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are reference FOB China prices and do not include international shipping cost, marine insurance, destination port charges, import duties, taxes, registration fees, customs clearance fees or any other local charges in the buyer’s country.

Mileage
Vehicle condition
Color
Inspection result
Exchange rate
Domestic handling cost in China
Shipping route
Destination port
Customer requirements
All final quotations must be confirmed in writing by ALNAN Auto Export.
- Payment Terms
Payment terms will be confirmed separately for each order.
Depending on the order, payment may include a deposit, balance payment before shipment, or other agreed payment structure.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the vehicle will not be reserved, purchased, exported or shipped until the required payment has been received.
All payments must be made to the official company account or payment method confirmed by ALNAN Auto Export in writing.
The buyer is responsible for all bank charges, transfer fees and currency exchange costs.
- Vehicle Inspection
We may help arrange video inspection, supplier-side inspection or third-party inspection upon the buyer’s request.
Inspection cost, if any, shall be paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The buyer is responsible for reviewing the inspection result, vehicle photos, videos and condition details before confirming the order.
Once the buyer confirms the vehicle based on the provided information, the vehicle condition shall be deemed accepted unless there is clear evidence of material misrepresentation.
- Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:
The vehicle information has been confirmed
The quotation has been accepted by the buyer
The required payment has been received
The proforma invoice or order confirmation has been issued
Before order confirmation, all prices, vehicle availability and shipping arrangements may change without prior notice.
- Cancellation and Refunds
Because vehicle sourcing and export orders involve third-party suppliers, vehicle reservation, inspection, domestic handling and export preparation, cancellation and refund terms depend on the order stage.
If the buyer cancels before vehicle reservation or purchase, refundable amounts may be returned after deducting bank fees and any actual costs incurred.
If the vehicle has already been reserved, purchased, inspected, transported or prepared for export, the deposit or related costs may be non-refundable.
If cancellation is caused by vehicle unavailability or supplier failure before purchase confirmation, we will offer the buyer an alternative vehicle or refund the refundable amount.
Refund processing time may vary depending on bank processing, currency exchange and payment method.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping time, vessel schedule and delivery time are estimates only.
International shipping may be affected by port congestion, customs inspection, shipping company schedule changes, weather, policy changes, force majeure or other factors beyond our control.
ALNAN Auto Export is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, ports, customs authorities, government agencies or third-party service providers.
Risk transfer terms shall follow the agreed trade term, such as FOB, CIF or other written agreement between the parties.
- Export Documents
We may help coordinate export-related documents, which may include commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration documents, bill of lading and other required documents depending on the order.
The exact document requirements may vary by vehicle, destination country, shipping method and local regulations.
The buyer is responsible for confirming import requirements, local compliance, customs clearance rules, taxes, registration standards and road-use regulations in the destination country before placing an order.
- Import Duties and Local Compliance
The buyer is fully responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, registration fees, certification fees, inspection fees and any other local charges in the destination country.
The buyer is also responsible for confirming whether the vehicle can be legally imported, registered and used in the destination country.
ALNAN Auto Export does not guarantee that any vehicle listed on this website meets the import, registration, emission, safety or road-use requirements of the buyer’s country unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
- Warranty and After-Sales
Used vehicles are sold based on their actual condition at the time of order confirmation.
Manufacturer warranty, if available, depends on the vehicle brand, model, region, warranty policy and local service availability.
ALNAN Auto Export does not provide manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.
For used vehicles, normal wear and tear, battery aging, cosmetic defects, mileage-related wear, consumable parts and pre-existing conditions disclosed before purchase are not covered by any warranty from ALNAN Auto Export.
- Website Information
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and updated. However, we do not guarantee that all website content, prices, photos, descriptions or specifications are always complete, accurate or current.
We reserve the right to update, modify or remove any content, product, price or service information at any time without prior notice.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALNAN Auto Export shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, shipping delays, customs delays, import refusal, local registration failure, exchange rate loss or any loss caused by third-party service providers.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the buyer to ALNAN Auto Export for the relevant service or order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Force Majeure
ALNAN Auto Export shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, epidemic, government policy changes, customs restrictions, port congestion, shipping interruption, strikes, supplier failure, system outage or other force majeure events.
- Communication
Official communication may be made by email, WhatsApp or other written communication methods confirmed by both parties.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking messages, documents and quotation updates in a timely manner.
- Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions may be provided in English and other languages. In case of any inconsistency between different language versions, the English version shall prevail unless otherwise required by applicable law.
